Recommendations for Drupal development/theming by shops in or around Madison, WI

I'm looking for recommendations for local/regional Drupal theming/development help (this is paid, project-based work).

I have a group of users that are in need of a new Drupal site. They have their hosting squared away already, and they are experienced Drupal users. What they need is someone to help them conceptualize and build a Drupal 7 theme, to build any necessary content types, and to migrate some existing content into the site.

I know there are employees of various Drupal shops in this group, and while I wouldn't mind hearing from them, what I'm really hoping for are firsthand recommendations/testimonials about a job well done. The client is on the UW-Madison campus and would probably like at a minimum an in-person planning/kickoff meeting. Beyond that, I expect the work could be done remotely.
