The link above has all the details but I will add that this 3hour excursion will get you over the major hurdles that Drupal throws at you.
You will learn the terminology that we Drupalers use all the time. Knowing that will make everything else you read make a lot more sense.
We will do a slide presentation to throw some knowledge, terms, and concepts at you THEN we'll install Drupal together and configure it.
We keep the class size down so that we can ensure that everyone keeps up. We provide a server [a sandbox environment] that you can easily connect to with your laptop during the session.
