AoA,
We are all part of Drupal community and as a part of online community staying in touch is very important. Drupal community is spread all across the globe for such a large community the best way to communicate is IRC. IRC is the best place to ask, to talk and to discuss stuff about Drupal. It is the fastest way to get knowledge and information related to Drupal.
There is an IRC channel on freenode #drupal-pk for the Drupal Pakistan community. Unfortunately, no one from Pakistan hang out in that channel and it is empty most of the times. We can use this channel to stay in touch with each other and talk about Drupal related stuff.
During Drupal camp Lahore, I had a discussion with folks about why are we not using IRC because most of us are online during office timings. There were two major issues awareness and communication. I want to discuss these issues here.
Awareness
The best way to create awareness is to spread the word and we can do it by social media i.e. facebook, twitter and google plus or chat i.e. skype, google hangout and messengers. Because we are part of an online community so I'd suggest not to use phone or sms to create awareness. But I'll strongly recommend to bring this topic up in team meetings and general chit chat with other Drupal developers.
Communication
The biggest concern was the communication gap. We all can speak and understand Urdu but we all are not good at understanding or communicating in English language. To reduce this gap I'd suggest that we'd start communicate in roman Urdu. We are all using roman Urdu while texting each other in daily routine and we shouldn't feel any embarrassment using it as mode of communication at least in Pakistani Drupal community.
In the end I just want to say let's start hanging out in #drupal-pk at least in office timings. And you can do it just by using this http://webchat.freenode.net website or by installing HexChat or XChat. There is a very good firefox addon ChatZilla as well. Come join me at #drupal-pk channel. We can chat in roman Urdu.

Really Appreciated
Sorry Jibran , I remember you stressed a lot during Drupal Camp Lahore regarding the use of Pakistan's IRC channel but somehow we didn't obey you. Exactly, that will really be an awesome place for all Drupalers from Pakistan to commingle..and will contribute in Knowledge sharing. We will try to be present in drupal-pk channel inshaAllah, I personally really miss those golden tips and knowledge snippets from you which you were generously sharing with us during both Drupal Camp Lahore and Islamabad and hopefully you and other fellow developers will do the same in this channel...I will post your message on our Facebook page with fans in excess of 7 thousands.
