Hi have work tracker and due dates active on a test site for Open Atrium. All ok except when I want to assign a task to a user in the assign to field. The user is missing? He is a member of the space and group. Where else do I need to go to make sure we can select the user?

Make sure that the user is a member of the task section or a group that is a member. The section should reside in the space as well. Let me know if that helps.

Hmm. This really should work! Is it that other users are in the "Assign to" select box, but this one user is simply missing? Or are there no options in the select box at all?
By default the select box should contain all members of the current Space, however, you can configure who should appear in a limited way. Visit
/admin/openatrium/worktrackeron your site, and see if any of the other options for "assign to users" make sense for your site.I hope that helps!

I have it set to member of the current space including inherited users
The problem I am having is that any new people added do not appear in the drop down despite being members of the space?
Can you try the 3rd setting and see if it helps?

So, do some people appear in the "Assign to" select box? Or is the select box completely empty?
