Drupal Camp Galway 2014 (Drupal Retreat), update

Hi Folks,

Not enough people have gotten back to me to commit to the Drupal Camp Galway retreat for me to make an official booking of the venue. We need about 30 and only about 15-20 replied so far.

Instead, I have asked the venue if we can just book the meeting room for the two days and let everyone look after accommodation the old fashioned way (i.e. - book it yourself). This should be fine.

Caveat - we will be back to paying normal prices (unless you can arrange your own discount) as I can't guarantee the venue that we'll fill the place since now some might decide to avail of other B&Bs in the area instead.

Once I get the okay from them that we can have the venue (if not, we'll get a another venue here), we can then look at how we pay for soup/sandwiches/etc - it's won't be a big issue eitherway I'm sure.
