Hey There Potlatchers,
I guess I should've warned about this possibility, but we'll need to make do ... the only Sunday evening ferry returning to Vancouver is booked and they're not taking any more car reservations. Did anyone make one?
Options...
1) park in Tsawwassen or Delta and go for a walk on reducing the number of cars on this side.
(Note... walk-ons have been turned away even showing up 1/2 hour early for the boat).
2) book a car trip over on a boat on the friday, burn all the fossil fuels you like, take a ferry to Swartz Bay and then back to Vancouver.
At this point I think we'll likely find that we have enough cars on this side to handle the number of people. Bringing bikes can't hurt... first two who say anything about that get the spots on my car rack. ;-)
As for accommodations... I've been looking around lately and everyone that isn't on the very shi shi end of the price spectrum appears booked. Still hunting... but you might need to take matter into your own hands.
First 5 who say anything about it get to crash at my place.
cheers
Naliano

Hmmm
Thanks for update...we are slowing in getting final details. Put me down for your place...but I'll check your other recommendations, too.
On the cheap side....room for camping around your place?
overflow
We can look at camping as overflow. One would love to have the 'problem' of too many people. :-)
Given that you're unlikely to be able to bring a car over, do you think you'd be able to bring over a video projector? I've asked the local firehall to lend me one, but they might not be into that.

I can bring our office projector
No problem.
Awsome!
Thanks Boris, that'll help a lot. Can't think of anything else we'll need.
Oh... and if it did come to camping, I've got one of these I've not yet made the time to try out...
