Topic
Lightning talks! Bring a topic that you can introduce and unpack in 5 minutes or less. You could share a new module you just found out about, show off a project you recently worked on, or bring a perplexing problem to get feedback from the group.
Some of my ideas for talks (to get the juices flowing):
- a demonstration of compass/sass
- Slack: a platform for team communication
- creating a dead-simple module
- adding block configuration to the dead-simple module
- login with social media via OneAll
- a map with hundreds of nodes
- and other tidbits from recent projects

The refreshment
Pizza and some beverages will be provided. Thanks to our generous hosts, Advantage Labs! You're also encouraged to bring along beverages to share.

If you have a moment, post some ideas here in advance so we know what to expect to hear tonight.

Hey David, you have the right date at the beginning of your post, but further down it's still August. We all know, but just thought I'd point that out for ya.

Awesome!
I can't wait to hear about that Chris! Thanks for volunteering. I want to say you volunteered last month... right? I couldn't remember and in Barry's absence today I jumped the gun to ensure we had something. I'd still really be excited to hear your presentation.
