War stories, strategies.
What about all those unmaintained sites lurking around, should the Drupal community stump up a bit of free time?
Strategies for dealing with sites we come across that may be compromised, all very well moaning about best practices, backups etc. but being realistic lots of people have Drupal sites they never really needed.

Happening next year, early days but should be one or two committee members around, anything you think we should know / consider??

Time we had a website, kick of some thoughts about how or what (spolier I think it should be D8 ;)).
Gather all the agencies: Going to start a Twitter list of all the agencies or programming shops that are doing Drupal locally, who are we missing on Twitter?
And Beer I think, definitely beer.
