Our quarterly coordinating committee was scheduled for tomorrow night. However, given the following circumstances, I'd like to propose we postpone this meeting until January.
1) I completely fell down on the job and failed to provide adequate notification/reminders of this meeting.
2) I know that neither Drew Gorton or Barry Madore will be able to attend, both of whom have an interest in our primary agenda item - I'm unsure of who else will be able or unable to attend.
3) There has been very little public discussion on our primary agenda item, which is a proposal for TCDrupal to form a non-profit.

Are people comfortable postponing this meeting until January?
Either way, I will likely corner at least a few folks tomorrow evening to discuss a Global Sprint Weekend event on either January 17th or 18th.

No Coordinating Committee Tonight
I'm officially postponing the "Coordinating Committee" portion of happy hour tonight. We don't have sufficient confirmed participation for tonights meeting to make such a major decision (discussion about making TCDrupal a non-profit). We'll have this discussion in January.
We WILL still have happy hour!
We will still have an informal discussion about the idea of incorporation.
I am also interesting in talking about a local sprint during Global Sprint Weekend (Jan 17-18). Anyone interested, please check with me tonight or later.
