I've been looking forward to the union of Drupal and GoC for many years! Starting to get some exciting feedback. From what I hear -- from way out here on the east coast of Canada is that it is finally coming together!
What is the feel in Ottawa? Is this finally happening
I see Government Departments are hiring for Drupal. Has Drupal really arrived in the Canadian Gov't?
Good days indeed! :)
Of course I mean real CMS - Drupal for gov't employees...
:)
Would love to touch base! What's happening!
Cheers,
Allison

Wetkit
Hey Allison,
I assume you've seen https://www.drupal.org/project/wetkit
Good to keep an eye out for http://drupalcampottawa.com/
or another great Ottawa event http://wet-boew.github.io/codefest/index-en.html
Hopefully Canada will follow Australia in this:

Worth checking out the other government sites here https://groups.drupal.org/government-sites
If Drupal's good for the Prime Minister, CSEC, CSIS, StatsCan, PWGSC then why isn't it good enough for the entire government?
