Planning DrupalCamp Bangalore 2015

Hello everyone,

After the minicamp in November and a sprint (and more events that are in works), it's time to start planning for DrupalCamp Bangalore in 2015.

We have already started with rough planning and enlisting everything that is needed and it is now time to start collecting proper details, numbers, and of course, dates. If you would like to help, please reply to this discussion.

Very broadly, here is what we need:

• Venue
• Finance
• Sponsors
• Content / Sessions
• Marketing
• Logistics

Considering various other events (DrupalCamps in the country, DrupalCon, exams, holidays, etc...) we are looking at the last weekend of July 2015 as a likely target. If you have other suggestions or would recommend an earlier or later date, please let us know.
