any idea how to use organic group menu like in this groupe?

how i can use "OG Menu Default Links" to create link menu automaticaly on any new created groupe.

in setting OG menu module we can use this methode
Link to the Group node|node/[node:nid]
but here we use link like (node/add/event?gids[]=nid).

(I use OG menu,I use prepopulate module .)

You need OG menu only if you intend to create specific menu items for group specific content.
OG comes with a block called "Group details" that is what your picture shows, including creating content like node/add/event?gids[]=nid.
enable this block ad put it where you wish

This is certainly because you did not enable content types to be posted in groups.
In content tyep configuration i.e. admin/content/node-type/event go to "Organic group" section and set it to "Standard group post" or "Wiki group post" (I've never seen the difference between both)

my og group module enabled and also content typ enabled to be posted in group.

In the list of block i can't find OG details, but when i install organic groupe extra module i can see it.
i enabled OG extra but i receive only standart info

picture of manager groupe...

no link to create content inside groupe.

Where is the problem !?? i dont know..

I am affraid I will not be able to help more. You are probably using D7 - I stick on D6 - , which seems to handle this differently. They say that it only works with Panels. OG Extra tries to mimic D6, hence you can view the block.
