The DrupalCamp Organizing
The DrupalCamp Organizing Committee meets every Thursday (except this week since DrupalNorth is happening). In-person meetings are pretty rare, we usually use Hangout.
There is not much left to do for the event since we're pretty close now, so I'm not sure how you'd contribute unless you have something specific in mind?
Hangout is fine. Can you
Hangout is fine. Can you please add me to mailing list to call in to next weeks (peter@liquidcms.ca)?
I am trying to find out if it is possible to edit/add/change my session (proposal). Have asked on the msg form on the Camp site a couple times; but no reply.
Thanks.

I'll bring the session issue
I'll bring the session issue to the team. You can't add a session anymore (deadline was June 5) but you should be able to edit yours. If this is not resolve by next week you can contact us on Twitter @DrupalCampOTT, it should be faster to get an answer.
Is there something specific you want to get involved in? At this point there's not much left to do since we're a month from the event, but if you have a good idea we're happy to hear about it.
Nope, can't edit.. but i see
Nope, can't edit.. but i see session list has been updated since last time i checked; some are now accepted. Is this the full accepted list? If it is then mine isn't on the list so no need to edit.

No this is not the full accepted list, we're still updating the planning that's why some of the sessions don,t show yet in the accepted list.
I've asked Mat to look into the edit permission, it should be resolved soon.
We haven't accepted all the
We haven't accepted all the sessions yet. I'm working with a few Developer sessions due to overlap. We'll announce the full list soon.

The reason i have been trying
The reason i have been trying to edit/add a session was i thought it might be a more interesting session to do one on the Mobile App we developed for the City of Montreal rather than the probably more obscure one we have there now on Shared Tables (for MIT).
I see there is already a session on DrupalGap (mobile framework for Drupal) which although cool (have used this as well) it is not likely as common a method for doing an app as Ionic/AngularJS (platform we used for Montreal app).
