Please find below the minutes of meeting of the meeting reg DrupalCampBangalore-2015

Attendees: Chakrapani, Hussain, Gokul & Jaya

Meeting Minutes:

  • We have finalized the dates for the Camp. Camp Dates: 25-26th July 2015.
  • We are targeting a min of 400 people and planning will be done accordingly.
  • We will open the registrations for the camp by 10th March 2015 on http://drupalcampbangalore.org - Chakrapani & Jaya to work on this.
  • Website for DCamp Bangalore: -To use existing D7 COD -We need a fresh design & theme. Link: http://drupalcampbangalore.org
  • Team to work on a easy to use RSVP integrating COD's registration feature.
  • Prepare list of probable venues by 11th March.
  • Prepare list of sponsors and contact details to approach for sponsorship - by 11th March.
  • Identify and list all channels for Marketing.
  • Reach out to marketing personnel and identify a dedicated person for marketing. - by 23rd March.
  • Prepare a budget (with 400 people as target).
  • Jaya & Chakrapani to discuss on a theme for website.
  • Idea of redirecting bangalore2015.drupal.org.in to Camp website is put on hold for now.
