Nope ... it bounced around within the Technical / Software working groups and Security working group teams.
The one posted was primarily a security team counter to the original TWG/SWG writeup.

I appreciate very much the effort that went into discussing and thinking and compromising, just a tip for future proposals to circulate them widely while you formulate before posting them in a more official forum.
