Fatal Error

Not sure exactly what the problem is, but your first step would be to go to the Open Atrium Issue queue and see if there is a patch or other help there for this error. You might also try an earlier version or the dev version to see if the problem goes away. If so, I would place a ticket in the queue if there are no others like it.

Thanks Holly, I try check

Thanks Holly, I try check previous fat error issues and follow steps as suggested by few users also reinstall it 2 to 3 times using latest core version. Can try with the previous old version and see today. Will update you the status

Installing with "latest core"

jacrsteiner's picture

Oknaru, in your last post you said you tried reinstalling with the latest core a few times. Now, I'm not sure what your problem is, but this statement suggests that you have been installing Drupal (either 7 or 8) and then trying to add on Open Atrium, as you would a module. Open Atrium is a distribution and needs to be installed in the same way you'd install Drupal7.

Distributions are full copies of Drupal that include Drupal Core, along with additional software such as themes, modules, libraries, and installation profiles.

Check out this link on Drupal Distributions for more information:
https://www.drupal.org/documentation/build/distributions

Basically, you will install the Open Atrium distribution instead of Drupal Core; its the one and only file you should have to download. You'll follow the regular Drupal installation directions, but use the Open Atrium distribution, not Drupal Core.

Good Point

jacrsteiner,

Good point. I did not even think in that direction. I assumed oknaru meant the latest Atrium.

it is a latest Atrium, not

it is a latest Atrium, not installing as module , The above error i was getting at config stage . Just try to installing 7x2.31 fresh start ,this time during installation method got the following error

An AJAX HTTP error occurred. HTTP Result Code: 200 Debugging information follows. Path: http://mydomain.com/insider/install.php?profile=openatrium&locale=en&con... never had such a hard time for any installation. Let me know what your views/ suggestions please.

You are getting all kinds of

You are getting all kinds of errors when trying to install different versions of OA? Is this all happening on the same server/devEnv? It suggest that the problem is in the environment and not in OA.

Have you configured it with the minimum System Requirements as explained in the project page?
Some directory permission problem could be the cause of it also...

Have you tried on a different server/devEnv?

Paean , Yes that was my first

oknaru's picture

Paean , Yes that was my first concern too, as i was installing it on fatcow server earlier and see different error every time. Anyway thanks all, I finally get it installed with the first OA version, there are still lots of weird things happening. but will check installing this on different machine.
Current status is.Warning: array_unshift() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in oa_workbench_default_page_manager_handlers_alter() (line 305 /oa_workbench.module) may have to re installed the module....
