Sharing our node profiles

I have used the node profile at http://shellmultimedia.com/node/5

I plan to extend my node profil type with the features belows :

=> The HEAD is fix and contain on the left the photo of the user and basic informations like name and last connexion on the right.

=> A set of tabs under the HEAD contains groups of informations like "contact" "Education" "Works" "socializing" "meeting"...

=>Each group of information could be a node linked to the nodeprofile of the head with the node family module but for me it can also simply be a groupe of fields of my unik CCK node profil.

=>So I have to find how to display groupfields in tabs instead of the defaut display of groupfields.

=>Then I would like each groupfield to be editable without leaving the node profil page : I mean with Ajax always staying on the same page and always keeping the HEAD of the profil above.

=>Another possibility could be to make each field of a groupe field editable instead of loading the whole form of the groupfield.

=>Both approaches are interesting : if you have few fields in your groupfield then they can stay visible even if they are empty and be directly editable. On the contrary if the groupfield is made of many fields then it is probabbly better not to show empty fields and edit the form of the whole groupfield.

=>So here I have the Head, under the head I have a set of tabs editable with ajax and then under that I would keep some views in blocks like my buddies and my last posts. By the way what are the advantage of using guestbook instead of comments ?

I would like to have this node-profile working soon.

If you have any suggestions, remarks and links that can help...

After that I am thinking about :

=>Allowing visible rights for each field (public or only for my friends)

=>Drag and droppable and collapsible blocks like in the mysite module

=>Add other webservices application in some blocks.

Thanks to the export fonctionnality of CCK and the help of the growing drupal community, it could be amazing to have a set of several node profil types shared accross the community.

It could also be nice if the drupal dojo look at this and define new node profil type in some lessons...
Not only in profiles, we often want a node to be a container of other objects that can be nodes, views, objects coming from other module or from a webservice like a map or anything else... So it would make some very useful lessons indeed...
