Best way to do URL alises on Domain Access

Hi everyone,

I have two domains using Domain Access and PathAuto - domain1.com and domain2.com. When I write a post, I want it to use domain1.com/1. When I write a second post, I want it to use domain2.com/1. It renames the first post to domain1.com to domain1.com/node/1. How do I make it so that I can use different URL aliases for different domains?
