Drupal Mumbai in collaboration with TATA Consultancy Services, Mumbai will be conducting a free Drupal training on Global Drupal Training Day, Sat, 29th Aug.

- Installing Views
- Views overview
- Creating new views
- The Views main configuration panel
- Configuring filters
- Configuring view fields
- Configuring sorting
- A few more basic Views settings
- Displays
- Views formats
- The Views preview

3) Advanced Views configuration - The following topics will be covered.
- Grouping view fields
- Rewriting view fields
- Exposed settings
- Contextual filters
- Creating menu tabs
- Relationships
- Other Views settings i.e. aggregation, etc.

Lunch (Lunch will be available at nearby restaurants and cafe's)

Advanced Views Programming - The following topics will be covered.

• Views Add-on modules. i.e. Slideshow, Accordion, etc.
• Hooks provided by Views module. Few hooks like hook_views_data_alter, hook_views_query_alter, etc
• Views Module Support with Drush.
• Template overriding in Views.
• Create a custom plugin.
• Expose custom table data to views.
