Hi all,
Currently I will potentially start a project with Drupal. Before starting the project, I should find a good hosting server. But this is my first time to build website with Drupal, I don't have too much knowledge to find the right hosting server. Hope any of you could provide me some suggestions, recommandations or resource about Drupal hosting server. Any of comments will be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you!

This is an easy choice!
Do yourself a favor and use either Acquia or Pantheon. You will greatly benefit from the post-commit hook on dev (so you can preview the site whenever somebody makes a git commit), and also having the dev, stage and production environments already set up. Deployments are straightforward and easy.
+1 on Pantheon. Worth every
+1 on Pantheon. Worth every penny if you're new to Drupal.
Webenabled for classes + Two bargain hosts
I agree with the Acquia & Pantheon recommendations for serious development where cost is not a deal breaker.
If you want to hold a Drupal introduction class for your company, consider Webenabled. https://www.webenabled.com/
For bargain hosting, consider

http://aws.amazon.com/free/ (cloud computing)

We recently switched to Pantheon and could not be happier

I can provide hosting
I agree that Pantheon and Acquia are excellent full-service hosts. But a lot of my clients have very small budgets, and can't afford their minimum plans. I have some clients on Pantheon, but the majority are on a managed VPS with SSD drives that's managed by a2Hosting. I can provide hosting for $150 per year, and would be happy to give folks a month or two of free hosting so they can check it out and see if it works for them. Note: I cannot provide the excellent dashboard or dev/test/live environments that Pantheon and Acquia have, so if that's critical to you, go with them.
Omega8
Pantheon is a great choice, especially for development, however as Marc points out there is a large cost there. For my personal projects I host on Omega8 https://omega8.cc/ which is an excellent, highly optimized, incredibly secure Aegir based Drupal host. The folks there are also incredibly helpful. Their development setup isn't quite as easy as Pantheon but their implementation of Aegir makes it fairly straight forward to move sites around and perform updates. Happy to show you the dashboard for sites if you'd like.
eApps hosting?
Curious of anyone has used eApps for hosting Drupal sites and what you think. We've used a variety of hosts for our Drupal clients (Acquia, Pantheon, Rackspace, Blackmesh). We recently used eApps as it was cost effective choice for a couple of clients. So far so good.
