Drupal backend developer needed

Hi All
Before I post this out to the world, I would rather put this out to South African Drupal developers first:

I urgently need a freelance back-end developer to take over a job from me, as due to current commitments and deadlines, I can not complete this work.

Job description: Building a custom Drupal commerce module that handles subscriptions with a payment gateway. How ever, I have to point out that this work is a lot more involved than just a standard commerce payment gateway.

I have completed about 70% of the work so it is just a matter of taking the module to the end.

The following experience are required:
SOAP communication with secure headers. (this part is actually done)
SFTP file uploading and down loading.
Cron management of the above.
Parsing out information from CSV files.
Experience with Drupal commerce.

I would think this is about a week or two's work. You will be quoting for and reporting to client direct.
Client is a national media company.
