Drupal 8 Multilingual Initiative meeting on Oct 28, 2015

Note that this meeting is one hour later in UTC but the same time (6pm) in Central Europe due to winter time adjustments. The United States for example changes to winter time later therefore the meeting will be one hour later for those in the US this week.

Drupal 8 RC2 is out now! Only three types of changes are possible now: some of the critical issues, some of the rc target and some rc eligible issues. Lets focus on those issues! Of course the rest of the issues are also valuable once Drupal 8.0.0 is out, so don't despair!
