Thursday, November 19 will mark the release of Drupal 8. This new version integrates with other modern PHP packages, ships with HTML 5 and CSS 3 support, is mobile-friendly by default, and boasts many new and improved APIs. We'll celebrate this with a party in the Panama in Amsterdam at 18:30!

Why are there 2 meetups?
Today I got a message about another celebratory meetup in Amsterdam ( http://www.meetup.com/drupalnl/events/226585621/ ). Same date, but in another venue (Club Panama). Strange

Stichting Drupal Nederland also planned on organizing a party, but they were late with the announcement. We've managed to combine the two parties.
