We had 11 Drupalers show up at the Mellow Mushroom last night. It was great to talk with other people about Drupal - and be completely understood. The suggestion was made that we meet again in March at the Scripps Convergence Lab in the Communications Building at UTK (http://www.cci.utk.edu/SCL), so that we could do some presentations/talks/demos of interesting Drupal how-tos.
If you have something about Drupal that you would like to share with the group, speak up and let us know! Also, let us know any preferences on dates/times for the next meetup and suggestions for a place to go for after meeting refreshments.
Thanks to all who came last night - and we look forward to our next meetup!

Hello everyone
just had a major drupal project land in my lap! talk about not knowing what you are getting in to my gosh...!
I am committed to this becoming a great success so look forward to learning all I can. Knoxville is the closest group to where I am in Lexington and I go through Knoxville several times a year on the way to NC.
If you know in advance of a get together that I might be able to attend or if anyone wants to share how they are using drupal let's talk!

Drupal camp is in Nashville next weekend 3/13 which has beginner sessions in the morning and intermediate/advanced sessions in the afternoon.
You might want to take the trip if you are free.
