I've proposed a presentation called 'Accessible Site-Building in Drupal' for DrupalCon SF 2010:

Are you attending DrupalCon? Please vote to support this presentation!
Has anyone else proposed an accessibility topic for the conference? I would welcome joining forces and also strategizing for some BoF and other conversations.

I proposed a session on the Accessible Content module, and I'm hoping I can get a full release out before the conference!
Sounds awesome

I proposed a session about how to write accessible module and theme code for Drupal 6 and 7 , as well as an overview of web accessibility in Drupal:

I should have some interesting data from testing with users with disabilities in the Drupal interface too.
There are a few really cool looking accessibility-related sessions proposed for DCSF. :) This has the potential to be awesome.
It looks like there are four
And now y'all are making me really wish I could be there! In his blog, Everett Zufelt listed your proposals and one more.
I was about to propose that we use this group to develop a great series of sessions on accessibility for the next DrupalCon. It's great to see that these developments are already in the works.
Another great venue for Drupal and Accessibility
There is a great accessibility conference in Austin each May called John Slatin Access University. It's put on by Knowbility, an Austin-based nonprofit that campaigns for disability awareness and educates about accessible design. This year, it's May 10–12; the 12th is actually a postconference class.
They are taking proposals for sessions now (if the first round of e-mails soliciting proposals has gone out, it went out yesterday). I'm thinking there are many possibilities here:
I know Everett Zufelt is working on a couple of great proposals, so you wouldn't be doing this alone. And Access U has been a smaller, less formal event that draws significant contributors to accessibility from around the nation at least, and even a few internationally. So it's a great place to network, too.
And we just have one heck of a great time. Think about it!
Also, remember: Reduce, reuse, recycle! Reusing those proposals you just sent off for DrupalConSF is the ecological thing to do! ;-)
