User group meeting
We will have a special meetup this month about how Drupal deal with media assets.
We are looking for people to tell us their experience with media in Drupal 7 or even the newly released Drupal 8.
We will have some use cases and examples during the session and we will be open to discuss different approaches, so bring your questions and you could answer some questions too.
The session would have a workshop, hands on style where everyone can comment or share their screen to the rest of us.
New people are welcome - we're a really friendly group.
We typically head for ONeills pub on Pearse St after 9pm for further discussion and pints.

Asste Module example
Hello everyone, I will be able to talk a little about the Asset(https://www.drupal.org/project/asset) module.
I will have some examples to show and I will be open for questions, if I know the answer, and also open to hear about other media modules.
asset & media..
had a quick look at the asset demo...looks good. have you guys talked to the nice chaps doing work on the media modules for D8?
They spoke at a drupal meetup in jan, here in switzerland, https://groups.drupal.org/node/504533 a few weeks ago and demoed media for d8. there's a lot of work still to do, but, it too looks good.
