Greetings ... We here at the PDC have a situation where a member of one organic group (Group A) needs to create content and have a member of another organic group (Group B) approve and publish the content.
We are looking for ways to make this happen. We're looking at Workflow, Workbench, etc. The problem we are running into is that we haven't found a module or solution that works across multiple organic groups and the users/roles associated with them. For instance, a member of Group A (given the correct permissions) can approve content within Group A, but can't approve/publish content from Group B. From what we've found, WorkFlow, etc. only works within a specific group and not between them.
There IS the OG WorkFlow module, but it's poorly documented and doesn't appear to work across groups, either.
Any ideas or expertise is appreciated as we are on deadline... :)
