This month Jay Epstein (@jeppy64 http://jay-epstein.com/) covered the third part of "The Learning Series: Drupal 8 - Let's be friends." The following topics were covered in Part 3:
- Review of Part 2, including revisiting all of the content types and how they relate to each other, and a general discussion of relativity for two first time attendees. It was a great review for us all.
- Discussed entity references and the strategy behind dealing with "is the child record there or not".
- Views in relativity and how obnoxiously fast they are (you have to see it to believe it)!
We had six remote users and six in person.
