I'm trying to theme the quiz report output that goes to the quiz taker when they complete a quiz. for release alpha10, The customer only wants the user to see incorrectly answered questions, not all questions with their answers.
I was able to modify quiz-report-form.tpl.php to perform this filtering, and on upgrading to rc2, I'm finding this doesn't work. I'm using dd($var, 'COMMENT ON VAR') to dump various values for debugging. None of the dd() statements are executing, because nothing's showing up in drupal_debug.txt. Putting dd() statements elsewhere (I used it earlier last week to debug some email formatting changes I needed to make the the quiz emails that are sent) works fine.
At this point, I've deleted the quiz-report-form.tpl.php file completely, and the output's still being displayed to the browser, and in (what looks like) the same format as it always has. Any suggestions as to where to look for this phantom formatting ?
I am flushing caches between attempts to make this work. Any suggestions as to where to look for this phantom template file ?
