What do you want to use it for? If you don't want to use it for exams you might want to consider H5P. H5P will hopefully be available for D8 later this summer.

This is the Quiz content type for H5P.

For Drupal 8 you mean? I don't think it will. I'm currently the maintainer of both, but I've only maintained Quiz 4 lately. The maintainer of Quiz 5(djdevin) is better suited to answer the question regarding Quiz for D8
