This month we are lucky enough to have two speakers.
Mark Conroy (https://www.drupal.org/u/markconroy), core maintainer for the Drupal Unami out-of-the-box profile and one of the leading proponents of component-based/patternlab-based theming in Europe, will give an insight into his work using Patternlab with Drupal. He will cover the benefits of Patternlab, as well as guide through how to use the system and how the Drupal integration works.
Adrien Sirjacques (https://www.drupal.org/u/asirjacques) will be presenting a case study about the development of the "Our people directory" for DCU. Adrien will discuss why he used Backbone.js + Underscore over other frameworks such as Vue or React, as well out-of-the-box REST with Views and useful take aways.
These meetups are open to all, from Drupal novices to seasoned professionals, and we aim to share knowledge and experiences and promote new ideas. The format is a casual open forum peppered with the occasional talk. So if you want to learn about Drupal in a friendly atmosphere the then feel free to drop in.
