Costs for the 2019 Camp:
- Admin (printing, speakers etc): £559.02
- Venue & catering: £1079.14
- Paypal transaction fees: £27.6
Income:
- Sponsorship: £1950
- Ticket sales: £1149.59
Ticket sales were good and sponsorship was beyond our expectation, so we made an overall profit of £1433.83.
Current Status
Our current cash in the bank is £1865.32. Some of this is necessary to give us financial headroom for DrupalCamp 2020. However, it does offer the flexibility in the future to subsidise future DrupalCamps, Drupal Scotland marketing initiatives or relevant community events.
