What is DEMO username and password as I believe some people would like to access it without the need to register? Is it possible?

With regards to FluidBoxes, yes.
It's Drupal 8, Amazon AWS, Ansible, Docker, FE Automation, Drag&Drop, UI Patterns, Components and a few bits that I'm still working on as I want this to be out of the box solution for small and medium businesses.
With Ansible I have managed to set up a new EC2 server, put up a new database, setup config files and fire up a new Drupal site in 2.4 minutes.
But as I lack the motivation to finish this and get to the marketing this project is temporary "on-hold".

So what you do is that you setup Drupal web sever aggregating a choice of modules for sme ?
Do you develop custom Drupal modules ?
I don't know Ansible, but sound interesting to automate server/app deployment.
I also work on AWS. I do it manually but try to write some scripts to speed CLI inputs :) .
