This presentation will be a case study of a school website with over 200 editors and cover two of the more interesting problems that had to be overcome.
The first deals with using the Workbench Access module to manage the restriction of editors to their own areas of the site including media. I will go through how this is setup and demonstrate the common use.
The second part of this presentation will cover some of the intricacies of getting media items to behave in the way editors are used to managing them. Using media entities is a fantastic way to integrate permission management on this type of site, however media entity integration with CKEditor is a different story.
