Hello,
I'm a Pittsburgh native that spent 14 of the last 16 years in State College/Baltmore/DC. I moved back to the area in 2021 and, from what I can tell, it seems like the Drupal community in Pittsburgh has waned a bit (at least, in communication/events/etc.) since I'd attended a Drupal Camp PA in, I think, 2015.
I was hoping to either find where people are still getting together and collaborating (if I'm just missing it) or to volunteer to try and get things started back up again. Any help in the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! Not sure where the best way to get connected, but I know there's #pennsylvania channel in the Drupal Slack that you could drop in on. I also recommend the quarterly meetups of WNYDUG https://groups.drupal.org/western-new-york; it's more of a "Lake Erie" NY-PA-OH group these days. I'd also look out for the next Erie Day of Code https://eriedayofcode.com if you're willing to drive up; they should be restarting that this year or next.
There's a good number of universities and other groups using Drupal in PA (I'm up in Erie, PA) so hopefully we can get something going.
The check's in the mail. . . .
Thank you for plugging the quarterly @WNYDUG online meetups before I did, Deg!
These have been going on since 2011, IIRC, and everyone from around the Drupal circuit is welcome to join in.
If there's sufficient demand, we could start running them more often.
I second Erie Day of Code! It always informs and makes use of its venue to the fullest.

Would definitely be up for getting something started. I put this up a while ago and kind of forgot about it. The initial message from deg was fine, but not interested in driving 2.5 hours for a meetup.
Welcome!
I'm glad to see some interest. I was the original organizer of this group. I stopped using Drupal at Drupal 7 because it became a programers game which was beyond my skill.
I would love to see this community reactivated. Contact me directly and we can discuss what might be available.
I am a psychology professor at Robert Morris University. We could use their space or set up a different location.

Thank you, David and co.
Thank you, David and co. Coincidentally, yesterday I dove back into Drupal to spin up a new "Drupal CMS" instance (why did their new marketing wing go with that instead of sticking with Starshot or something else unique enough to search on the web?).
In any case, the quarterly WNYDUG online calls still happen. But could use an infusion of other folks, meaning you're all welcome. April is our next one.
I wouldn't be opposed to having a one-time summer Great Lakes meetup in Erie. I've been heading up to Toronto for in-person meetups, since they've restarted theirs, so who knows how far a Great Lakes event would draw from, if planned ahead. I'm not volunteering to organize, unfortunately!
