Meeting overview
We had a huge turnout! Unofficial headcount put us around 30 people.
Julia gave an excellent presentation on version control featuring SVN
I actually managed to cobble together a slide deck this month so I talked about database snapshots, sanitizing your development database and some developer tools (Masquerade, Simpletest).
Hesketh.com is hiring! Check out their job post for more info.
Thanks!
First, a huge thanks to Hesketh.com for supporting this month's meeting. In addition to volunteering their offices they ordered pizza for the entire group! That's what pure awesome looks like. Hesketh has also agreed to host the May meetup, so we're working on getting a date set there.
I'd also like to thank Enrique Vega for volunteering to film this month's presentation! Enrique graciously volunteered his time, equipment and expertise to get this month's presentation up on ustream.com (my fault for not budgeting time for setup). There are some sound quality issues with the video but we're hoping to get those resolved next month for Open Mic Night.
Next Month
Next month we're doing another Open Mic night, Greg has agreed to present on Web File Management and Adam will be presenting on Debugging Tips and Tricks. We've got at least three more slots open so if you have a topic you'd like to present on don't be bashful, sign up for a slot!

TriDUG Meeting on Blip.tv
Just finished uploading two separate higher resolution videos of the meeting to blip.tv. I split the meeting into Julia's and Allen's separate presentations. You can see them both at:

Note the audio on these is much better...

Way cool!
Thanks for volunteering to shoot video! Looks like I've got an unfortunate fondness of the word "um". Fortunately I don't think I'm presenting next week so the group will be spared further mumblings on my part. :)
But But But..
You mumble so.. eloquently.

Uh...thanks....um...yeah.
Uh...thanks....um...yeah. Joking aside I'm hoping others from the group will step up and fill the last remaining presentation slots.
Simpletest Tutorial
BTW, not sure if I already posted this or not. For those interested in more information on unit testing with Simpletest here's a link: http://www.centurionwebdev.com/content/demystifying-drupal-unit-testing-...
