What's the reason ... More detail why the current team should be changed would help to vote!

I agree with alaa http://drupal.org/node/759068#comment-2798198 that the quality of translation must be controlled. شحطه is not really a good word for underscore.

The reason is that the majority of us have voted to add Arabic language to localize.drupal.org (http://groups.drupal.org/node/47724). The current Arabic team manager refuses to do that. So, either the current Arabic team manager should be changed, or the current Arabic team manager add Arabic language to localize.drupal.org, or the Arabic language will be the last one to be added to localize.drupal.org when localize.drupal.org will be the only way to contribute translations.

The quality of translation should not be discussed here. localize.drupal.org will be enforced on all languages sometime. The question is: Will the Arabic language be the last one to be added to localize.drupal.org? (http://drupal.org/node/759068).

anyhow, I was depressed to know that Mr. Alaa who is an active member in the Arabic team refused to add Arabic to the localization group, I strongly recommend to work under Drupal umbrella instead of forming a side lobby.
moreover, I can't justify why should the team manager will be the sole person to be responsible of migrating translation effort to drupal on his ease. the issue is urgent and cannot tolerate any delay, I'm contributing well to the translation portal, but sometimes I think that that portal is not efficient. I have translated the same text or term over and over and over, and it seems endless...
of course I don't want to under estimate Alaa's contribution which is not small at all, but I really want to feel that a team is working, specially knowing that many people joined the volunteer team, but without assigning tasks and deadlines to managers, the project cannot be finished in time (which is by the way running out quickly) till now, the minimum acceptable level of translation has not been achieved.
I'm afraid if this trend continues, I'll be obliged to work on my own website at my ease, which benefits no one, and extremely not efficient and effort wasting.
