I'm having an unusual problem with a view, which includes images created with a preset. I have a short time frame to make this live. Would someone be willing to meet me to take a look and see if they can see the problem? I'm pretty new still, and I'm stumped.
Maybe meet after work today - Friday (9th) and take a look at it? Coffeehouse? Or - meet for lunch - I work on campus in Madison so if you're relatively close to there. (I'll buy!)
Thanks, Linda

I'm around
Hey Linda,
I'm around town today and working from various coffee shops. I might be around Midvale/University area around 1 if you want to meet up. Feel free to ping me at clint@thayernet.com if you want to try and meet up.

imagecache issue
Is is only with views that you have the problem? I have a site where imagecache does not function correctly and I can only assume it has something to do with the server configuration. I've been through the imagecache troubleshooting page and none of the client side fixes work for me. I have to generate the image from the theme templates like this:
$photo = base_path() . '?q=' . imagecache_create_path('preset_name', $node->field_images[0]['filepath']);
Problem solved!
It was a permissions problem. (blush) What can I say - I'm new.
Thank you Clint!
Not surprising
Permissions problems...been there...done that.
Permissions issues and caching issues are the things that seem to cause me the most "d-oh" moments.
