Wiki pages with comments?

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I was looking at the Call for install profile ideas wiki page and noticed it had comments.

While there’s no link to leave the first comment, if you go http://groups.drupal.org/comment/reply/5653/ you can comment.

When I try that with the Unconference wiki page in the Newspaper on Drupal group or the TinyMCE FAQ in the TinyMCE Development group I get an error saying, “This discussion is closed: you can't post new comments.”

How do you get comments enabled on wiki pages?

Comments

Are you still having this problem?

I can post comments at http://groups.drupal.org/node/5653 (the "call for install profile ideas" wiki page).

I want comments on other wiki pages

I didn't even know it was possible to comment on wiki pages on groups.drupal.org until I saw the call for install profile ideas wiki. I don't see a way to turn comments on for wiki pages anywhere even in a group I manage.

I'm assuming that only users with some additional permissions can turn that on, but I may be missing something obvious.

correct
