-- Free until the end of the year, hosted by Acquia, uses 960 grid underneath and allows awesome theming possibilities - drupalgardens.com. You can export the whole kitten caboodle and use it where you want. It is Drupal 7, so it is technically alpha. But it is 7, and it works on top of the Acquia stack. (It will not work on top of 6!)
Drupal 7 - Jonathan showed off a bunch of the features and said it is likely to be ready around June.
