But it is also a highly scalable and flexible application framework that developers are flocking too. Drupal has conjured a recipe for success in an evironment that still has not fully embraced the open source model.
It is this flexibility and scalability coupled with rapid development times that allowed it to conquer the WhiteHouse(.gov)
