Many thanks to Medaille's Drupal guy Joe Flateau for offering to host - we're off to a great start. PLEASE SIGN UP for the event (whether you're online or in-person) so we have a rough idea about space + how much time to devote to getting the gotomeeting settled in.
Agenda:
- Get remote attendees set on gotomeeting so we can try to start by 7pm ET (if you're remote, PLEASE try to arrive a few minutes early!)
- Introductions (Who are you, what's your Drupal experience, what are your Drupal goals)
- Presentation (We can keep this loose - maybe a redux on drupalcon sf and talk a bit about Drupal 7 plus whatever anybody else has to bring)
- Collaboration (Pain, fear, anger. Then come the solutions.)
- Schedule next meeting, collaborate on next presentation, talk about location, assess how well the "virtual" component worked, etc.
Getting There:
- 18 Agassiz Circle, Buffalo, NY
- Once you pull onto the campus, park in the lot to the right
- we're in the building straight ahead (called the "main building")
- proceed to Room 104 (watch for signs in case of a change! Joe is posting those)
Not Getting There:
- It is always great to see people. When that's not possible, there's gotomeeting and IRC (#drupal-wny). Contact @fending for an invite so we're not futzing around with that at the last minute. (Thanks!)

In some small way, I'm trying to get a good "physical and virtual headcounts" in advance by not posting the gotomeeting particulars here. My apologies if that bothers anybody -- it's the one small bottleneck, which we can talk about at the meeting.

I am going to try to make it from Rochester. I would really like to make some local Drupal connections but the timing is going to be really hard, I will have to go straight from work and then get home really late.

When using Google Maps for you directions please note:
If you look for "Medaille College, 18 Agassiz Circle" it places the marker ON THE WRONG SIDE OF RT 198
If you you just look for "18 Agassiz Circle" it places the marker in the proper spot.

I am completely new to Drupal
I am completely new to Drupal and hope to absorb some information. Maybe at least know the possibilities that exists for using Drupal. Thanks for holding this.
