Julia and I gave short presentations on some of the cool things we learned at DrupalCon this year. Sheena and I have started a module development project and are looking for volunteers to assist with various tasks. If you're interested in developing for Drupal this will be an excellent opportunity to hone your skills, for the non-coders in the group there will also be documentation & testing work available. More information available on IRC, just drop in on #drupal-nc and ask either of us what's up.
In an effort to improve everyone's experience with TriDUG, Julia and I are trying to get a feel for where interest lies in the group. I'll be creating a separate discussion topic for group members to tell us what they'd like to see more of at meetings and to submit any ideas for new meeting formats. Without your input the organizers are basically running on guesswork, so help us help you and take part in the discussion.

DrupalCon SF Review
I was very excited to attend my first TriDUG meeting last night, thanks for making me feel welcome. Since we talked a lot about DrupalConn SF, I figured I would share some of my reviews if that's appropriate.
First, I landed an interview with Dries. He's a really cool person. Check it out at Drupal founder, Dries Buytaert, on passion, believing, and the open source way
Second, I did a review of David Cole's keynote where he announced that the White House is giving back code to the Drupal community - How transparent is the White House?
