Last week I installed the OpenPackage Video module, partly because my host doesn't allow ffmpeg installation and partly because I was happy to have the transcoding handled elsewhere. I signed up on their site and bought 10 hours worth of credit from their site. I troubleshot my way past a number of problems till I came up against this one:

Its been 5 days since I posted to the forum and I've also filled out their contact form with no success. I'm a bit worried that they have abandoned the module and their own site. Has anyone out there had any contact with Jonathan Brown (or anyone else from OpenPackage) since his last commit to the module On October 8?

New Release Soon (?)
I've talked with Jon off and on since then and the last email I received (a couple days ago) mentioned that he was planning a new release soon. What this new release features? You know as much as me.

I'm working with Jonathan on a client project where his video module is a prominent functionality. He's made a lot of great additions to it, including a very cool playlist functionality. I couldn't tell you when he plans to release new features back to the community, but I can ask him if you want.

I have been moving to Edinburgh and have been very busy. I have had a huge amount of interest in my module. I am currently working out the best way to move forward with my module and video on Drupal in general. There should be a new release by the end of the week with improved views support. I have also been hired to add S3 support.

Sorry about the address confusion. I've fixed it now. As you may have seen, I figured out the original problem and posted my fix here:

The OpenPackage video module seems to be working well for us. I look forward to installing the new release when it comes out.
For future reference, what is the best way to address an issue with the module? Through the Drupal queue? Through the forums at openpackage.biz?

If its an issue with the module itself then an issue on the drupal.org project page. The forum on openpackage.biz is good for more general chat. Problems with the openpackage.biz transcoding service should be handled via email or the contact form.
