I'm trying to do some research on Drupal companies in Asia. I've been able to find a few Drupal companies in Singapore and Malaysia but "Drupal Hong Kong" on google doesn't seem to bring up many interesting hits....

I don't think you'll get much useful info here either. I just did a search for "Drupal Hong Kong" on google and there are quite a few interesting results. Look at who's recruiting or talking about Drupal. Those are your best clues.
