It appears that feedback can not be entered to appear upon completion of a quiz comprised of short answer questions. Is this correct or am I missing something? It would be helpful to provide feedback for all automatically evaluated question types.

Feedback is given in the Multichoice question type...
...and from what I've seen, that is the trailblazer of features for all other question types. To that end, I think adding Feedback in the other question types would be rather straightforward if it didn't already exist.
