localize.drupal.org: export with suggestions ?

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

Hi,

I'm quite new to Drupal but trying to help with the translations. Here is what I did: I translated a few strings of the module CCK private fields in Spanish. What I wanted to do after translating those strings was to import them directly into my own drupal installation. However, given that my strings are still in "waiting for approval" mode, they do not get exported. I'm therefore thinking it would be a good idea to add an option in the export function of localize.drupal.org in order to allow exports WITH suggestions that have not been approved yet. Good idea ? Bad idea ?

Or is there another process that would allow me to translate whatever I want both for the community and for my own Drupal installation, without having to actually copy and paste my translations, which would be a painful process ?

Thank you.

Never mind, just found a way. I'm putting it here if some people encounter the same problem: first, export the translations of your module using localize.drupal.org in one single file. Then, do your translations using poedit. Finally, import your .po file in localize.drupal.org AND in your own Drupal installation.
