Hi there,
I'm the admin for the Drupal web site excotc.org, the home of The Twin Cities Experimental College. We offer ~60-70 classes and workshops per semester, year-round, where anyone can teach or take a class for free. We're trying to sustain our organization by the very thing it does: provide free education to our community. In exchange for education in some advanced areas of Drupal and site design, I'd ask for a bit of your time helping out on the site. Learning by doing, internship-style. Already have the skills? Come help build a collective of folks working on a great project for a great cause. To help guide this collaborative goal, I've proposed an advanced Drupal/CSS/Photoshop development workshop on our web site (linked below). Buzzwords include: drush, aegir, Features, Domain Access, APK, Organic Groups, Mercury (by Pantheon), CSS3 and browser support degradation, working with designers and breaking down mockups, etc.

Works for me ;) as anon and admin. Just switched hosting providers, maybe DNS propagation was still occurring at that point (an inopportune time for posting, I guess). Either way, the workshop can be found on the homepage of excotc.org.
I'm curtailing my activism and open-source-community-going for the summer, and doing some traveling, but will be back at it in the fall. Let's meet up sometime in September onwards! I've been planning on attending the happy hrs...but decided to wait til Fall.
