Hi,
I reciew this error info despite that I have installed Accessible content module and placed the quail directory as I should or..?
Accessible content module requires the Quail library. Please download and from http://code.google.com/p/quail-lib and place the "quail" directory in the accessible_content director
I downloaded the Quail-lib, expand the compressed file and got a directory quail-lib-0.3.8 containing a nother directory also named quail-lib-0.3.8 containing three directories: example, quail and tests, and also two files (readme.txt and Licens.txt)
I must of course have installed the wrong directory or...?

Support issue
This is probably best handled using a support issue in the Accessible Content module itself, instead of a discussion item in this group, which is a place for general discussions.
That being said, the module assumes that the sub-directory "quail" is in the directory with the module itself, so you need to move the "quail" folder so that it's at sites/all/modules/accessible_content/quail. Per a recent issue this will be changing in a soon-to-be-released update which will move this to sites/all/libraries/quail.
I'm not quite sure why you got two quail-lib directories with that download, perhaps it's a settings with your unarchiving utility, but at any rate, it looks like you got all the files.
