routing mailhandler into groups?

Hi guys

Any thoughts on best way to route incoming email via mailhandler into an OG?

Or would you use OGList for this?

so, idea being:

OG List makes an email list a component part of an OG, including provisioning of the list
therefore, to "mail stuff to a project", you're simply mailing the list. it appears thereafter in the OG on the web?

Is OG List finished up then, ready to use for production etc.?

We are aggressively testing 10000 users in an organic group and are finding we are bound by the MTA and the Disk IO which is to be expected.

I'd like to insert something as exciting, but if I can get one OG2List with a few users on it working, I'll be equally as delighted... :-)

Yes, I presume you guys will figure out the real hard core stuff, and I guess to some degree the volume challenges will be handled through more $$ platform etc.?

We're way behind you guys in this kind of way; at this stage I'd just like to try it out for first time, test it with a few users etc. Is there somewhere where we can get started? How to download, configure etc.?

It's these kinds of developments that attract me to Drupal. The simple but most commonly used stuff etc.
